Glock 21 Short Frame photo shoot today for new video’s that are in progress.

How to DIY Kydex Holster Series I am starting as of right now. Just an average guy making a custom holster.

I still can’t believe it’s been over 14 months since I last rode my motorcycle. This was one of the last riding video’s I put together before I left, My 2011 Riding Review. But at the same time I cannot wait to start filming again and putting together video’s.

This video was shot entirely with my Nikon S8200 from my hotel room. Exploring new styles at least new to me video, and also exploring black & white video and how it emphasis emotions very well.

This is my first new video in a long time for those who have been following me, and my first of 2013. With new life experiences comes new ideas and nothing is off limits now. Expect to see video’s covering all kinds of subjects and ideas.

Music: Flandy

Song: Saturday Night

Camera: Nikon s8200

Location: Norfolk, VA

First off I want to say that this is not my work, but the work of someone else. I greatly admire this video, the simplicity of it and yet the passion that is shown for what one loves to do is remarkable.

I myself like motorcycling, and it’s been 14 months since I have been on a ride to the mountains. Ironic it is winter as I have returned, the bike needs work before it hits the street once again. But for me this video holds more value than just motorcycling. It’s the hope of the future, of better things to come, living life and most of all enjoying life, and loving life and all those people and things who make it up.

That’s how I see it, living and loving life while we can and are able to, because it’s never a promise that will will live to be that nice old age and say we saw years come and go and watched as things changed. So enjoy life now never later, because later may never come.

When I first got my Canon 60D I had bought it because I wanted to start filming with a DSLR. I did find that there is a lot of testing the camera out as I didn’t know much about DSLR settings and how everything is a factor. This is just clips put together into a video during the summer in 2011 all shot in the Richmond area.

FF to 2013 I am more than behind in video and photography as I spent all of 2012 deployed. But things happen and you just always have never quit and give up on what you want and things you love about life. I expect this year for me will be a very nice year, a year of change, reflection, and new outlook on life all of which should translate into a unique style of photo and video as time goes on.

Quite a beautiful off season motorcycle video I found online. Simple yet powerful amazing work.

Feeling Honored

Well today I got a comment on my latest video I posted on Youtube. I was checking my email at work and low and behold Dr.Sardonicus (Marc Clarke) himself said this  ”Great job on the video; awesome road.” I was like WOW, I couldn’t believe the man himself commented on my stuff.

Just a brief history on Dr.Sard, he made what I consider to be some of the best motorcycle riding video’s I have ever seen. And he did most of them between 2003-2006 before Youtube, nice HD POV cameras, easily accessible high speed internet, and easy to use video editors even were around.

Every Time

Every time I make a new video I am always marveling at myself over it. I am amazed how far I have come just this year, and I think of where I will be and what I will be doing in the future. Only getting better.
